Tegan Kilgour spent eleven years in credit-union payments operations in Bruce County before she started writing about how money actually moves, which mostly means she has spent a long time explaining to people why a transfer they can see has not arrived.

She reads casino cashiers the way she used to read payment exceptions: what does the page claim, what do the terms say, and which of those will the customer find out about last. She does not publish payout times she cannot verify and she does not score operators, because both invite a reader to trust a number instead of a document.

"Money does not come back down the rail it went out on. Once you understand that one sentence, most of what looks like a casino stalling you turns out to be a bank doing exactly what banks do."

How a Cashier Gets Read

Every operator on this site is assessed the same way and none of it involves a stopwatch. The cashier is opened first to see whether it names its payment rails or hides them behind a generic button. The full terms are then read before registration, because terms that are only reachable from inside an account are themselves a finding.

The welcome offer is transcribed exactly as published rather than paraphrased, which is why some of the labels on this site are longer and less tidy than the ones on other sites. A trimmed bonus reads better and tells you less. The balance currency is read off the cashier, and where an offer is staged across several deposits the entry says so, because a package total presented as a first-deposit figure is the commonest way these numbers mislead.
